Refund Policy

Refund Policy Acknowledgment - Rustic 2 Lustic Limited Liability Company, Ltd.

 

​Effective Date: July 16, 2025

1. All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is non-refundable. This includes all custom-made items such as laser-engraved plaques, personalized boards, engraved décor, or any product requiring customer-provided design inputs.

2. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a craftsmanship error caused by Rustic 2 Lustic, Ltd. notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. If approved, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

3. Customer Responsibility

Rustic 2 Lustic, Ltd. is not responsible for: (1) errors in submitted text or details, (2) oversight of approved proofs, or (3) delays due to incorrect shipping information.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if production has not begun. No cancellations will be accepted after production starts.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first are a breach of this policy. We will dispute and submit all relevant documentation, including proof of acceptance of terms at checkout.

Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order, the customers acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the above Refund Policy. Customers understand that all sales are final and that Rustic 2 Lustic Limited Liability Company, Ltd. is not responsible for customer errors or oversights after design approval.
