• All custom orders are made to customer specifications and are final once confirmed.

• Standard processing time is 7–14 business days after final proof approval.
• Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee, depending on capacity.
• Production time does not include shipping time.

• Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping is available within the United States via standard carriers.
• Branded merchandise such as hats, shirts, stickers, and other apparel is fulfilled by a third-party vendor.
• Shipping times are determined by their processing capabilities and may differ from custom handcrafted orders.
• Rustic 2 Lustic, Ltd. is not responsible for delays, damages, or errors caused by third-party fulfillment services.
• Tracking numbers will be provided when available.

7. Returns & Refunds
• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
• For branded merchandise fulfilled by third-party vendors, refund or exchange eligibility is subject to their policies.

• We will assist in resolving the issue with the vendor on your behalf.
• Approved returns for custom items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

17. Branded Merchandise
Branded merchandise offered through Rustic 2 Lustic, Ltd. — including but not limited to hats, shirts, hoodies, mugs, and stickers — is produced and fulfilled by a third-party vendor.
• Fulfillment & Shipping:
All branded merchandise is printed, packaged, and shipped by a third-party provider. Processing and shipping times vary based on the vendor’s workload and logistics. Rustic 2 Lustic, Ltd. has no control over their timelines but will provide general estimates when possible.
• Order Issues:
If you receive a branded item that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Email us at admin@rustic2lusticltd.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
• Exchanges & Refunds:
Refunds or exchanges are subject to the third-party vendor’s policies. While Rustic 2 Lustic, Ltd. cannot guarantee a resolution, we will advocate on your behalf and assist in coordinating a solution where possible.
• Limitations:
Branded merchandise orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted due to immediate processing by the fulfillment vendor.
